Help keep the hall at the heart of village life
Why the Hall Needs You
Tackley Village Memorial Hall is run entirely by volunteers and funded by the community. As a registered charity, we rely on hire income, fundraising, and donations to keep the doors open and the building in good condition.
We have ambitious plans for the future — including a major extension project launching in summer 2027 — and we need the village behind us to make it happen.
Ways to Help
Volunteer
Join the committee or help out at events. We're always looking for willing hands, whether it's setting up for a village event, helping behind the bar at the Pop Up Pub, or joining the committee to help run the hall.
Donate
Every contribution helps. Donations go directly towards the upkeep and improvement of the hall. We'll be launching a dedicated fundraising campaign for the extension in summer 2027.
Hire the Hall
The hall is available for private hire — parties, meetings, classes, and celebrations. Hiring the hall is a great way to support us while making use of a wonderful community space.

Hire Information
The hall is available for hire for a wide range of events and activities. We offer flexible session times and competitive rates.
Sessions
- Morning: 8:00am – 12:30pm
- Afternoon: 1:00pm – 5:30pm
- Evening: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
- Full day rates available
